Ground with Rancillio Rocky S, prepared in the Dalla Corte Mini. Brewed at around 95°C. Normal grind, normal pour time. Beans nice.
Good coffee. Not very specific. There are parts of honey and fruity aspects. The mouthfeel was very watery and boring. In a cappuccino very warm and sweet, for the espresso not very appealing.
Would buy again ?
No. Definitely too expensive for what it offers. I'd rather get the Quijote Sumatra for half the price and a more interesting taste and better mouthfeel.
